Shipping Supplies:  Recycling is an important concern here at Beach Grass. We re-use shipping boxes and packing supplies whenever possible to help the environment and keep costs down.

Shipping Rates:  The Shopping Cart feature quotes an averaged rate based on weight.  Purchases weighing one pound or less ship for $5 via the U.S. Postal Service.  All other purchases ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) at the following rates:  2 to 4 lbs for $10; 5 to 10 lbs for $15; 11 to 20 lbs for $20; 21 to 30 lbs for $25; 31 to 40 lbs for $30; 41 to 70 lbs for $35.

Free Gift Wrapping:  Sending a gift?  We'll wrap it up and make it pretty!  FREE!  At check-out please indicate in the Special Instructions box what type of occasion (birthday, thank-you, etc.) and the sentiment for the gift card.  We'll take special care with your gift.

Secured Shopping:  Rest assured when shopping the Beach Grass website, your information is secure.  We are Hacker Safe certified and receive constant scanning service.  You'll see the Trust Mark on our Shopping Cart page.  But, if you'd rather bypass the website and talk to a sales associate, that's okay. Returns: Requests to return merchandise must be submitted to Beach Grass within 48 hours of receipt.

Damage: Filing a damage claim with the shipper is the responsibility of the recipient and should be done within 48 hours of delivery.  We suggest you save all packaging and broken items to support the claim.  We take great care in packing your items for shipment.
